Sometimes it's easier to talk a story out than to write it. Voice-to-STAR lets you record yourself, and the app structures the transcript into a STAR.

Open it from Stories → Add via voice or directly at /stars/voice. Record up to a few minutes. When you stop, the app transcribes the audio and offers processing modes:

Structure only — organise into S/T/A/R sections with minimal rewording. Preserves your voice.
Spelling — fix transcription errors and grammar. Keep wording otherwise.
Clarity — improve flow, cut filler, keep meaning.
Impact — surface measurable outcomes the story implies. Never invents numbers.
Tone — adjust to professional interview register.
Full rewrite — comprehensive enhancement, overrides the others.

You can apply more than one mode. "Structure + clarity + tone" is the most common combination.

The app suggests a title and category. Edit anything before saving — the result is just a starting point. You'll usually want to come back and tighten the Action section by hand once you see it written down.

Voice-to-STAR is a Pro feature. Free accounts can still create STARs the regular way.
