Beta Features

Some features within Interview Clarity are still in active development and may be labelled as beta. These may change, be temporarily unavailable, or behave unexpectedly. We make reasonable efforts to maintain stability, but we cannot guarantee uptime, data integrity, or error-free operation for beta features specifically.

Your Responsibility

Interview Clarity is designed to support your job search and interview preparation. You remain solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, and act upon any content, outputs, or AI-generated suggestions within the product. This includes CV content, STAR examples, interview answers, and any feedback provided. Use your own judgement before using any output in a real application or interview.

Not Professional Advice

Nothing within Interview Clarity constitutes careers counselling, legal, financial, or any other form of regulated professional advice. AI-generated feedback and suggestions are provided for informational and practice purposes only, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified careers professional, recruiter, or employer.

Subscription and Billing

Interview Clarity uses a credit-based pricing model. Every AI action (graded mock answers, CV scoring, voice transcription and similar) consumes a small number of credits from your balance. The Free plan requires no payment and grants 30 credits at the start of each calendar month; unused monthly credits do not roll over. The Member plan (£4.99/month, or £49/year if you select annual billing) grants 300 credits each month and unlocks one-off top-up packs whose credits never expire. The Member plan includes a 7-day free trial; your trial begins when you complete checkout, and you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Refunds on subscription or top-up purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Our Services

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Interview Clarity at any time, with or without notice. Where a change is significant, we will endeavour to inform you in advance through the product or via email. Continued use following any change constitutes your acceptance of that change.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Interview Clarity lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any part of our services
• Use the product in a way that harms, harasses, or disadvantages others
• Share or misuse your account credentials
• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these expectations are not met.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality within Interview Clarity is the property of its developers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written permission. Content you create within the product — your CV blocks, STAR examples, and interview answers — remains yours.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll aim to notify you of material changes, but continued use of Interview Clarity after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
