Presentation Coach (beta)

Presentation Coach is currently admin-only and in beta. It grades you on delivering a slide deck.

How it works:

1. Upload a .pptx file at /presentations/new. The app extracts each slide's title, body text, and speaker notes.
2. From the deck's page, click "Practice" to start a session. Slides appear one at a time.
3. Talk through each slide as if presenting. The app records your audio and times each slide.
4. When you're done, the app transcribes your speech, splits it per slide using the timestamps, and grades the presentation.

You're scored on five dimensions: clarity (articulation), coverage (did you actually cover what the slide says), pace (rushed or padded?), structure (does the narrative flow?), and impact (memorable, confident).

The grading is granular — each slide gets its own score and feedback, plus an overall verdict. The top priority callout names the single highest-leverage tweak.

Use cases: technical interviews where you have to walk through a project, internal promotion talks, sales pitches, conference rehearsals. The grading is more useful than self-watching a recording because it ties feedback to specific slides.
