Reviewing session results

The Results page summarises a completed session: overall score, the five dimension scores, and one entry per question with that question's individual scores, your answer, and the feedback.

Useful things to do here:

• Read the feedback for your weakest answers first — the wins are nice but the gap is where you'll grow most.
• Save the answer back to a STAR — if an answer turned into a strong story, click "Save as STAR" to add it to your library.
• Download the transcript — plain text, useful for review on your phone.
• Export PDF (Pro) — a polished one-page-per-question report. Good for sharing with a coach or mentor.
• Replay audio — if you recorded the session, hit play on any answer to hear it back.

The session also feeds your dashboard stats: your average score over time, your strongest and weakest dimensions, the question categories where you're most consistent. You'll see this on the Practice dashboard.

If a particular session went badly, you can re-run the same questions (same job, same count). The new session is saved separately so you have a comparison.

Past sessions live under Practice → History, filterable by job.
