Feedback hub

The Feedback page is one place to see everything you've heard about your interviewing — your Practice and Live simulation sessions, any Presentation practice you've graded, and the feedback you got from real job interviews that you upload here yourself.

What's on the page

• Stats row — counts by source (Practice, Live sim, Real interviews, Other).
• Add feedback — paste the feedback you got from a real interview, or upload it as a TXT, MD, PDF or DOCX file. You can tag it with the role/company or link it to a saved Application.
• Summarise into a prep plan — AI reads everything together and turns it into action steps. Switch between All feedback (across every role) and Per job (focused on one Application).
• All feedback list — every item, newest first. Click a row to expand the full text. Real-interview entries can be deleted.

Generating a prep plan

Pick a scope, hit Generate plan, and you'll get back:

• A short named verdict (e.g. "Strong on technical depth, weak on commercial framing").
• Themes — recurring patterns across your feedback, with the source for each.
• Strengths and Weak areas — what consistently lands well and what doesn't.
• Action plan — 3–6 concrete things to do next, ordered by impact.

The plan only uses what's actually in your feedback. If you've only got one item, the plan will be thin — feed it more by completing more practice sessions or uploading more real-interview write-ups.
