Build and export a CV

The CV Builder lets you assemble a CV from your career blocks. Open it from the CV dashboard or from /cv/library.

You're working with the blocks extracted from your uploads (or written from scratch). Drag them into the order you want, edit inline, hide ones you don't need for this version. The Builder always shows a live preview.

To create a fresh CV from scratch instead of extracting one, click "Create blank CV" on the CV dashboard. You add blocks manually.

Export to DOCX is a Pro feature. Click the export button when you're happy. The download is a Word file you can edit further or send.

Tailoring per job: if you have a job under Applications with a job description attached, the app shows you which blocks are most relevant to that JD and which keywords from the JD aren't yet in your CV. Use this to decide which blocks to lead with for each application — usually you'll have one master CV and small variants per role.

Tip: don't try to build twenty separate CVs. One strong master + 2-3 light variants is what most people need.
